OBMI CREATES RESORT CONCEPTS

Waterside has been working with OBMI to produce the conceptual designs and drawings for the resort. OBMI is a leading firm of designers, architects and master planners based in Florida. OBMI have a wealth of experience in the hospitality sector – providing architectural designs for luxury travel destinations around the world including, in particular, the Caribbean. OBMI also have experience in providing architecture and design solutions to global hotel brands such as Hilton, Four Seasons, Park Hyatt and Marriott Autograph Collection Hotels.

The project architects will be supported by a team of technical specialists who will be responsible for detailing and specifying the engineering and building requirements that will help translate the conceptual designs into reality. These specialists will include a structural engineer, mechanical and electrical engineers and a quantity surveyor. These technical specialists will either be sub-contractors of the project architect (as design team lead) or will be separately appointed by Waterside as members of the design team.
