Established in 2000, IBS is a Bahamian company providing a variety of engineering support to private and public sector projects both in The Bahamas and across the Caribbean. IBS have supported the completion of numerous projects in the hotel and leisure industry and have experience of working on Great Exuma.

IBS will continue to provide coastal engineering services to Waterside to support the design and deliver of the new beach and beach facilities for the resort at the Rokers Point subdivision. IBS will also support Waterside’s applications for environmental permits and approvals both for the new beach and for the remainder of the main resort site.

IBS have provided guidance on utility relocation proposals for Waterside and will continue to provide structural engineering (including geotechnical surveys) and mechanical and electrical engineering support to Waterside for the Project. IBS will form part of the Project’s Design Team to support the completion of schematic and detailed design activities.
