Deloitte’s advice, both from the UK and The Bahamas, was key to developing and implementing the corporate structure of Waterside (and its affiliates) for the project and reflected various regulatory and tax background requirements.

Deloitte will continue to provide tax, accounting and regulatory advice to Waterside throughout the life of the project including the tax incentives available under the Hotels Encouragement Act of The Bahamas.
